We Are a Community of Learners
This will be a blog where I share my thoughts, learning, and opinions on teaching community participation, from colleagues and students, as well as students' families and other teaching professionals. I hope to share ideas and start conversations to help deepen my growing understanding of "Designing Digital Learning In Schools."As a veteran teacher, I have seen and learned a lot, but I am constantly evolving and growing as a teacher practitioner as well. There is never a point where I will know it all, but I have experience working with first, second, third, and fourth graders, as well as my own elementary-aged children at home, which helps me understand what we are learning and can visualize how to utilize what I am learning. I hope you will join me as we explore e-readers and electronic text books, as well as building communities of learners in our classrooms and beyond.
